Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Guizio pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
